Introduction of a New Project

General Planning

  1. General planning will be a merged product of the VP, CFO and HOP. new project flowchart
  2. Will conclude in 3 main products:

    1. Prototype – the product of the POC.

      1. should refer to the estimated production time

      2. Will serve as the base for the end product approval by the client

    2. Resources needed

      1. HR - ratio per time (art, LD)

      2. Technology (code, etc.)

    3. Pricing

statement of work (SOW)

  1. Will include the following details needed for detailed planning

    1. Timeline – final delivery, main milestones

    2. Final delivery – including the definition of the required product, catalog definitions, and references.

    3. Post Delivery requests

Detailed Planning

  1. Will be done by the PM and approved by Head of product

  2. The detailed planning will be a doc/ppt product that will serve as a reference for the Project’s KPIs.

  3. The Planning will include references to the following topics:

    1. Final Product Specifications - Delivery Output

    2. Project breakdown to stages and tasks – R&R table (roles & responsibilities), tasks, and resources needed in each stage.

    3. Data Collection Needs and Output – derived from the Final Product Specifications and project tasks: what data is needed, in which format, and for what purpose

    4. Technological Infrastructure – if needed, in which stage of the project, output definitions, required timeline

    5. QA Requirements – if needed, in which stage of the project, main elements for check

    6. Export Requirements – when will be needed, estimated volumes, dedicated or centralized

    7. LD Requirements – Preliminary Needs Analysis

    8. Additional Deliverables - props/additional work needed in advance or as preparation

    9. Project weak points Analysis – in terms of resources, meeting the milestones, technology, and blockers

    10. Format for file naming - if relevant

    11. Original content for preservation

Project Key performance indicators (KPIs)

  1. Will be defined by the Head of Product and approved by the CEO.

  2. Will be tracked by the PM and revised by Head of product periodically or at predefined points.

  3. Will include reference to the following measurements:

    1. Project Timeline Adherence and Completion Rate

    2. Budget Variance / ROI

    3. Scope Changes Monitoring

    4. Quality Metrics (defect rates, rework needed, or customer satisfaction)
